One of the few places to dive in Cambodia is off the islands of Koh Rong and Koh Rong Sanloem as the rest of the country is landlocked. If you do visit the coast and decide you want to go diving then there are a number of shops that offer packages for around $80 for a 2 dive day. We dived around Koh Rong Sanloem, one of the islands offshore, the visibility was not fantastic by any stretch of the imagination, with an average of around 10m, however there was some cool marine life. We saw things ranging from large puffers to tiny seahorses on our first dive, and even came across an overly friendly remora! The 2nd site was called Cobia Cave and is famous for the Cobia which hang out here and circle divers. We saw a few, but they were not out in abundance. We did see some anemone fish, a blue spotted ray, giant clams and a number of butterfly fish. If the visibility was better then this would be a great place to dive, unfortunately it is a little too murky to get close to our top 5! Check out our video and photos for more.
